Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Vid Boss AI. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Notify Customer Service promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malware, bypass security or access controls, attack or overload systems, scrape protected areas, reverse engineer server-side security, or generate/distribute content you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You grant Vid Boss AI and its service providers a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, modify as technically necessary, and generate outputs from your content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service as permitted by applicable law and provider terms. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted content.
AI outputs
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to material generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or relying on it and for complying with applicable law, platform rules, publicity/privacy rights, and intellectual-property requirements.
Payments, subscriptions and credits
Prices and included credits are shown before purchase. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions may renew until canceled according to the checkout and account disclosures. Credits are a limited service entitlement, not cash, a bank account, or stored monetary value, and are non-transferable except where the service expressly permits. Refund rights required by law are not waived.
First Month Trial
The First Month Trial is a discounted first month of a regular paid subscription, not a free trial. The discounted price applies to the first monthly billing period only; from the second billing period the subscription renews automatically at the regular monthly price shown before checkout until you cancel. You receive the plan's normal monthly credits. The offer is available once per customer, account and email address, for new subscriptions only, and cannot be combined with other discounts. We may decline or reverse the offer where it was obtained through duplicate accounts or other misuse.
Service changes and availability
AI providers and infrastructure may fail, change, rate-limit, or become unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Security and enforcement
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the service. Attempting to defeat authentication, authorization, billing, rate limits, or security controls is prohibited.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated here. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vid Boss AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Any monetary limitation must be reviewed and finalized by qualified counsel for the operating entity and jurisdictions in which the service is offered; this draft intentionally does not invent a liability cap that may be unenforceable.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted content, or your violation of another person’s rights. The exact indemnity language should be finalized by qualified counsel for the operating entity.
Governing terms and disputes
Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable laws continue to apply. Before launch, the operating entity should have counsel add the correct legal entity name, address, governing-law provision, venue, dispute process, and any arbitration/class-action language only if appropriate and enforceable for the business.

Launch note: This is a protective product draft, not legal advice. Have a licensed attorney review and complete it before public launch. No terms or privacy policy can guarantee that a business will never be sued.
