Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscription cancellations, credit purchases, duplicate charges, and refund requests are handled by Vid Boss AI. Nothing in this policy limits refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew at the price and interval disclosed before checkout until canceled. A cancellation stops future renewal. Unless a different result is required by law or shown during cancellation, access may continue through the already-paid billing period.
Credits
Credits are service entitlements used for AI generation and are not cash, a bank account, or stored monetary value. Purchased or subscription credits may be consumed when generation work is performed. Used credits generally cannot be restored merely because a user changes their mind after the service was successfully provided.
Failed, duplicate, or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a cancellation should have taken effect, or charged for a checkout that did not complete correctly, contact Customer Service promptly with the account email and transaction details. Vid Boss AI will review Stripe records and the internal credit ledger before deciding the request.
Technical failures
When you start a generation, its credits are held for that request. If the AI provider fails or rejects the request before a video is delivered, the held credits are returned to your balance automatically and the project shows what went wrong. If a delivered result appears defective because of a service or provider failure, contact Customer Service; Vid Boss AI may restore the applicable credits or provide another remedy consistent with the service records and applicable law. Abuse, policy violations, unsupported inputs, or failures caused outside the service may be treated differently.
How to request help
Use the Customer Service page while signed in. Include enough information to identify the transaction. Additional identity or payment verification may be required before account or billing changes are made.
Legal rights
Consumer-protection, cancellation, cooling-off, and refund rights vary by jurisdiction. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.
